The property is currently 20 miles (28 minutes) away from Downtown Deming. Currently, that area being sold is just desert, there is currently no development in the area, and therefore no utilities except for electricity poles that run throughout the side of the lot. This purchase is an investment with the aim that the area will develop at some point (that is why the purchase price is so low).
There is a document preparation fee of $450 (the documents prepared are a purchase contract, contract for deed, and promissory note). There is no minimum down payment. Owner financing is available up to the full price of the property being financed.
